The Yard, 5632 North 7^th Street, a 9,000 sf former motorcycle dealership and service shop in Phoenix, Arizona. WDP purchased the vacant property and redeveloped it into a multi-tenant, mixed-use project called The Yard. The project was 100% leased to Barrio Café and Fox Restaurant Concept’s Culinary Dropout and Little Cleo’s Seafood Legend and sold in September of 2015.
