WDP Gilbert Storage and WDP Gilbert Land, approximately 5.4 acres of vacant land located adjacent to Lowe’s Home Improvement in Gilbert, Arizona.  In a joint venture with Titan Development, WDP Gilbert successfully subdivided the property into three separate parcels and developed the largest parcel, which is approximately 2.8 acres, into a 100,000 sf, two-story, fully air-conditioned self-storage facility that opened for business in April of 2019.  WDP Gilbert Storage sold the completed project in February of 2021.  WDP Gilbert Land sold one of the remaining parcels to Tire Max in October 2019 and is marketing the last parcel to sell or lease to end users.
