Project Description

WDP formed a series of partnerships with Macerich and RED Development to develop the retail components of the 3,300 acre Prasada master planned community located on both sides of SR 303 between Greenway Road and Cactus Road in Surprise, Arizona.  These projects encompass more than 400 acres and include an 80 acre Target anchored power center, a 60 acre Walmart anchored power center, a 120 acre regional mall site and a 180 acre auto mall.
