WDP SanTan Storage, a 90,000 sf self-storage facility located at the southwest corner of Ray Road and Coronado Road in Gilbert, Arizona.  Also a joint venture with Titan Development, WDP and Titan purchased approximately 2.3 acres of vacant land in December of 2017 to develop the two-story, fully air-conditioned self-storage facility that opened in March of 2019.  The completed project was sold in February of 2021.
