One of the last remaining vacant parcels of land located within the Estrella Business Park, WDP Kitchell 67th Avenue has successfully re-platted the parcels to create a single 12.5 acre parcel in order to develop, lease and manage an approximately 187,920 square foot, dock-high, distribution building. WDP Kitchell 67th Avenue sold the property in February 2020.
