WDP Biltmore Storage, a 98,000 sf self-storage facility located at 4423 North 24^th Street in Phoenix, Arizona.  WDP purchased the property in December 2016 after fully rezoning it to allow for the development of self-storage. WDP demolished the existing single-story office building located on the property and built a single-story down, three-story above grade, fully air conditioned self-storage facility that opened in November 2017.  WDP Biltmore Storage sold the property in June 2019.
